Maintain and update daily work database.
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels.
Operate switchboard to answer, screen or forward calls and take messages
Maintain daily calendar of staff out of the office, late or leaving early.
Handling customer and tenant inquiries, issues, and complaints.
Maintaining the physical condition and maintenance of the executive suites.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder.
Previous experience is preferred.
Good communication in English and Arabic.
Be smart and presentable.
