We are currently looking for a team player, who is willing to work on a rotating shift to support our 24/7 office operation and marketing in JLT, Dubai. We are looking for a full-time employee and is willing to start immediately.
The Operations Cum Marketing will be responsible for the following:
Handling shuttle and platform maritime operations of the company
Ensuring all required formalities are arranged prior to the vessel’s port call
Attending to clients’ inquiries and needs via phone calls and emails
Coordinating with clients and agents for visa applications, transportation and hotel accommodation of the client
Coordinating with the Captain to monitor the estimated time of departure and arrival of the vessel
Ensuring that all customers receive excellent customer service; inquiries and urgent requests are attended accordingly
Submitting required reports as directed by the Management
Undertake any other relevant duties and projects as directed by the Management
Assisting other departments of the company
Manpower Supply Staffing and Business Development in charge
You are also expected to oversee all operations related tasks, issues, works and procedures.
In addition to all the responsibilities provided above, this role is expected to do all necessary works that includes marketing and building social media presence of the company in different platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
